The Health Access Network of Delaware (HAND) is a vibrant coalition of statewide volunteer and non-profit health organizations, businesses, and individuals, working together on health care issues.

HAND is a service created through the cooperation of organizations, individuals and industries concerned about protecting every Delawarean's access to important health information and access to safe and effective medicines.

Our mission is to educate Delawareans on issues impacting their health care by encouraging active involvement in public policy that promotes access to quality health care.

HAND is meeting this mission through:

• Providing individuals and organizations with the necessary information, skills, and resources to be an active partner in the shaping of public policy related to health care.
• Proactively educating our members about state and federal legislation and regulations impacting health care for all Delawareans.
